Indiana will lose some depth on defense as CB Trevell Mullen has entered the transfer portal, Chris Hummer of 247Sports reported.

Mullen, a former 4-star prospect in the 2022 class, redshirted last season. Mullen was expected to have a chance to develop into a starter at cornerback, like his All-America older brother, Tiawan, did for the Hoosiers.

Mullen is a 5-foot-11 cornerback from Coconut Creek High School in Pompano Beach, Florida. He was considered one of the top-30 best defensive backs in the Class of 2022, according to the 247Sports Composite. He had a reported 12 offers coming out of high school.
