Indiana star freshman Trayce Jackson-Davis has made a decision on his future. It’s good news for Archie Miller and the Hoosiers.

Sunday afternoon, Davis tweeted out a video of highlights from his time at IU. That video was shared with a title “Year 2,” indicating that he’ll be returning to Bloomington for at least one more season.

Jackson-Davis was a Freshman All-B1G selection in his first year at Indiana, as well as a third-team All-B1G pick after averaging 13.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per game. He recorded 12 double-doubles as a true freshman and was a three-time B1G Freshman of the Week.

He also shot a blistering 56.6 percent from the floor.

Jackson-Davis’s return is huge for an Indiana team that is still searching to reach the NCAA Tournament for the first time under Archie Miller. There’s a good possibility that IU would have made the dance this year had March Madness not been canceled due to the coronavirus concerns.

Indiana finished the season with a 20-12 record and a 9-11 mark in B1G play.
