The Hoosiers just received a big boost for 2021 with their big-play receiver announcing he will return for another season.

Indiana’s Ty Fryfogle, the reigning B1G Receiver of the Year, revealed on Twitter that he will back “on my worst behavior” for 2021. He indicated he was dealing with the opportunity to declare for the NFL Draft but has instead decided to return to the Hoosiers:

Fryfogle blossomed into a huge home run threat receiver after a solid start to his career. Despite playing in just eight games, Fryfogle set career-highs in receiving yardage (721), receiving touchdowns (7), and yards per catch (19.5).

Fryfogle had a particularly memorable three-game stretch against Michigan, Michigan, and Ohio State, setting single-game career-high marks in each game. After 142 yards against the Wolverines, he turned in an even 200 against the Spartans. He then turned in 218 yards and exploded for three touchdowns against Ohio State.

For his career, Fryfogle now has 112 receptions for 1,719 yards and 13 touchdowns. It is no surprise head coach Tom Allen is excited to get him back.
