Who says long snappers can’t make great impressions at the NFL Combine?
Indiana’s Dan Godsil is actually turning some heads with his day in Indianapolis, breaking a few records at the NFL Scouting Combine. According to the Hoosiers’ official Twitter account, Godsil has set a new record for long snappers.
Godsil set a new high in the vertical jump was 34.5 inches, which was the new record among long snappers. Indiana also said that he set a record in the broad jump, but his score has not yet been listed.
His vertical and broad jump are combine long snapper records.

Godsil played in all 50 games of his Indiana career, serving as the long snapper in every game for the Hoosiers. He appeared in two bowl games during his career.
While long snappers aren’t typically the talk of the NFL Combine, Godsil is certainly trying to make a name for himself in Indianapolis.
