There’s at least one head coach who is happy Trace McSorley will be leaving Penn State after this season.

McSorley, the senior quarterback for the Nittany Lions, has had quite a career in the B1G. In addition to winning a lot of games, McSorley eclipsed 10,000 yards of total offense for his career in Saturday’s win over Indiana.

He truly was a one-man wrecking crew as he completed 19-of-36 passes for 220 yards and an interception against the Hoosiers. McSorley also finished the game as Penn State’s leading rushing, gaining 107 yards and 2 TDs on 19 carries.

After the game, Indiana head coach Tom Allen said he is “glad” he won’t have to face McSorley anymore and praised his toughness. Allen is probably not the only opposing head coach who isn’t sad that McSorley will be moving on after this season.
