Mike Woodson shares latest on Jordan Geronimo ahead of Indiana’s NCAA Tournament game

Indiana forward Jordan Geronimo was injured in Friday’s Big Ten Tournament game against Illinois, but Hoosiers coach Mike Woodson expects to have him back for Tuesday’s NCAA Tournament game.
A media opportunity was held Monday ahead of Indiana’s First Four game against Wyoming in Dayton, Ohio. Woodson was asked for the latest on Geronimo.

Q. What was Jordan Geronimo able to do in practice today? Do you anticipate him playing tomorrow?
COACH WOODSON: I think he’s going to play. He worked a little bit today in practice. So we’ll see how it goes. I’ll get a better feel when he wakes up in the morning, see where he is.
Geronimo played 9 minutes in Indiana’s Friday win over Illinois before exiting due to injury. While on the floor, he scored 2 points and grabbed 2 rebounds. Geronimo has played in 32 games this season, averaging 3.9 points and 3.4 rebounds per game.
