Indiana can become bowl eligible with a win over Purdue, and the Hoosiers are looking to get one defender back for the showdown.

The annual rivalry for the Old Oaken Bucket between the two schools goes all the way back to 1891. Purdue currently leads the all-time series 73-41-6, but Indiana has won four of the last five.

Tom Allen’s squad will fight hard for another rivalry win and a chance to go bowling Saturday. Additionally, the Hoosiers appear set to welcome back junior LB Reakwon Jones. After indicating he should return against Purdue earlier in the week, Jones is indeed dressed out and warming up for the game.

Jones played in the first nine games of the season before getting injured and missing the last two. He has 36 tackles with 4.5 TFL and a sack on the season.
