Indiana’s special teams is reportedly taking a bit of a hit.

Rivals.com is reporting that kickoff specialist Nathanel Snyder has entered his name in the NCAA transfer portal. He appeared in all 13 games for the Hoosiers last season. He will be a graduate transfer, making him immediately eligible for the 2020 season.

Snyder will have one year of eligibility remaining.

Last fall, Snyder recorded 24 touchbacks in 13 games. It was the first time he saw any game action during his career with the Hoosiers. According to his profile on iuhoosiers.com, Snyder received a scholarship during fall camp.

Snyder was also an Academic All-B1G selection.

Indiana finished the 2019 season with an 8-5 record and earned a bid to the Gator Bowl.
