Indiana has reportedly found its next offensive coordinator to replace Kalen DeBoer.

DeBoer left the Hoosiers following this season to take over as head coach at Fresno State. He previously spent time at Fresno State from 2017-18 before serving at Indiana in 2019.

On Wednesday, Bruce Feldman with The Athletic is reporting that Indiana has landed on its next offensive coordinator with an in-house promotion. Feldman is reporting that the current tight end coach Nick Sheridan is expected to be promoted to fill the OC vacancy.

Along with Sheridan’s promotion, Indiana is also expected to promote Grant Heard to the level of co-OC. Heard currently serves as the wide receiver coach and passing game coordinator for the Hoosiers:

Hopefully, these reported moves are able to keep Indiana rolling in the right direction after an eight-win campaign.
