Ole Miss is juggling some injuries as the Rebels get set to face Indiana in the Outback Bowl.
On Saturday morning, Matt Zenitz with AL.com reported on the status of wide receiver Braylon Sanders and running back Jerrion Ealy for the game against Indiana. Both players are starters and have been key for the Ole Miss offense.
For Sanders, he is third on the team with 370 receiving yards and has four receiving touchdowns for the Rebels. However, Sanders’ big-play ability is a fact with Sanders averaging 26.4 yards per catch.
Meanwhile, Ealy is Ole Miss’ leading rusher with 745 yards and nine touchdowns. The next leading rusher for the Rebels is quarterback Matt Corral with 469.
According to Zenitz, Sanders is going to be out for the game due to injury. Meanwhile, Ealy is going to try and give it a go and play against the Hoosiers.
Updates on two injured Ole Miss offensive starters heading into the team's Outback Bowl matchup vs. Indiana:
Wide receiver Braylon Sanders won't be able to play, per source. Sounds like running back Jerrion Ealy is going to try to play. Has practiced on a limited basis.

Even with the absences, Indiana’s defense will need to be sharp and on alert against Lane Kiffin and his high-flying offense. Kickoff is set for 12:30 pm EST on ABC.
