Rob Phinisee is leaving Indiana, and he revealed his next destination via social media Wednesday evening.

After 4 seasons at Indiana, Phinisee is leaving the Hoosiers and is headed to the American Athletic Conference. His next destination is at Cincinnati with the Bearcats for the 2022-23 season.

Phinisee appeared in 111 games over his career at Indiana with 69 starts to his credit. During the 2021-22 season, Phinisee transitioned to a full-time bench role with 25 appearances off the bench for Mike Woodson.

For his career, Phinisee has averages of 6.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists. He is a 35% shooter from the floor and has struggled from 3-point range at 29% for his career.

With Cincinnati, Phinisee will get a chance to participate in the Maui Invitational in November. The Bearcats are slated to participate in the popular tournament alongside Ohio State, Louisville, Arkansas, Arizona, Creighton, San Diego State and Texas Tech.
