Indiana basketball has looked average at best and downright bad at worst this season despite a winning record.

The Hoosiers suffered a 77-57 loss at the hands of No. 5 UConn Sunday afternoon at Madison Square Garden in New York. The Huskies are one of the top teams in the country, but it’s how Indiana lost that is making fans a little frustrated early this season.

The Hoosiers now sit at 3-1 on the year with 3 close wins over Florida Gulf Coast, Army and Wright State at home.

A major problem for the Hoosiers lies in the guard play. Xavier Johnson, Gabe Cupps and CJ Gunn combined to score just 11 points, with Johnson struggling especially to stay out of foul trouble. Indiana finished 17-45 from the field, which isn’t going to cut it against the reigning national champs.

Indiana fans took to social media to let their frustrations fly. Here’s some of the best reactions.
