No. 12 Indiana got to 6-1 on the season after they beat No. 16 Wisconsin 14-6 this evening and the Hoosiers players were loving it after the game, especially when it came to head coach Tom Allen.
Allen was having his on-the-field interview after the game and he wasn’t able to get fully through it because some of his players kept shouting that he’s “The best coach in the nation.”

Indiana has now beaten three ranked teams this season (Wisconsin, Penn State, Michigan). This one probably feels the absolute best since it came after starting quarterback Michael Penix Jr. was lost for the season due to a torn ACL.
Quarterback Jack Tuttle, who had his first start of the season today, was magnificent as he went 13-for-22 for 130 yards and two touchdowns.
The Hoosiers will try to get to 7-1 next Saturday when they host the Purdue Boilermakers in their regular-season finale. The reaction to that win could potentially be even better.
