Indiana recorded a big win over UConn Saturday, but it came at a high cost.

During the victory, starting offensive lineman Coy Cronk was removed from the game with an injury. It appeared serious as Cronk had to be carted off the field and did not return.

After the game, head coach Tom Allen indicated that Cronk did not have to be taken to the hospital for the injury, but he also said it doesn’t look good for Cronk. It was labeled as an ankle injury.

When breaking down the team after the win, Allen decided to award the game ball to Cronk. A team captain for the Hoosiers, Allen said that Cronk will continue to lead the team, but he will lead in a new way.
