Tom Allen highlights key special teams contributor following game-winning FG for Indiana
Tom Allen and Indiana are off to a 3-0 start to the 2022 season, winning in Week 3 after a dramatic comeback against Western Kentucky. Now, the Hoosiers turn to a big test against Cincinnati, but Indiana can currently rest in the fact it has surpassed the 2021 win total.
The comeback win on Saturday came down to special teams play in overtime. Indiana blocked a field goal attempt before Charles Campbell stepped to the field and drilled a game-winner for the Hoosiers.
During his weekly press conference, Allen indicated he was indeed proud of Campbell’s kicking but he also took time to highlight a less-heralded member of special teams. Allen gave a special shoutout to Sean Wracher, the long-snapper for the Hoosiers.

According to Allen, the whole operation would not have been possible without Wracher starting things efficiently:
Allen says he’s proud of Charles Campbell but also Sean Wracher, the long snapper. Asked him if anyone carried him off the field, (he said no) but then told him if not for him the whole operation wouldn’t have worked out.
