Trayce Jackson-Davis reveals decision on 2022-23 season
Indiana just received a huge boost for Mike Woodson’s second season with the Hoosiers. Star forward Trayce Jackson-Davis announced Friday afternoon that he will be back for one final run during the 2022-23 season.
Jackson-Davis was Indiana’s leading scorer (18.3 points), leading shot-blocker (2.3), and leading rebounder (8.1) last season. He’s also a 3-time All-B1G selection and a member of the B1G’s All-Defense team last season.

Jackson-Davis had declared for the 2022 NBA Draft but elected to keep his options open throughout the process. He was invited to participate in the NBA Draft Combine.
Unfortunately, Jackson-Davis’ time at the combine was a bit unfulfilled due to a positive COVID-19 test. He did not get to participate in a number of drills as a result, including the physical measurements and testing.
Now, he’ll be back in Bloomington for one more season after helping lead Indiana back to the NCAA Tournament in 2022. Hopefully he can do it again with the Hoosiers in 2023.
