Update provided on Indiana forward Jordan Geronimo for B1G Tournament matchup vs. Iowa
It sounds like Indiana will be shorthanded as it tries to punch its ticket to the championship game of the B1G Tournament.
Just minutes before Indiana’s semifinal matchup against Iowa, Jeff Rabjohns of Peegs.com reported that forward Jordan Geronimo is doubtful for Saturday’s game. He suffered an injury in Friday’s 65-63 win over Illinois.

Geronimo played 9 minutes for the Hoosiers on Friday, scoring 2 points and grabbing 2 rebounds before leaving the contest. He was on the floor for 20 minutes in Indiana’s opening win over Michigan, scoring 5 points, grabbing 2 boards and dishing an assist.
For the season, the 6-foot-6 forward out of Newark, New Jersey is averaging 3.9 points and 3.4 rebounds per contest. He’s appeared in all 32 games for the Hoosiers.
Indiana and Iowa are scheduled to play the first game of the semifinal round in the B1G Tournament at 1 p.m. ET on CBS. This will be the second meeting against Iowa this year, dropping the first game in Iowa City.
