Week 5 will serve as a potential bounce-back weekend for Indiana and head coach Tom Allen.

Last Saturday, the Hoosiers dropped their first game of the season, losing 35-21 to Michigan State in the team’s B1G opener. Indiana fell to 3-1 on the year after the loss.

But Indiana gets a chance to get back in the win column this weekend, traveling to Piscataway to take on Rutgers (1-3).

Prior to Indiana’s trip to New Jersey, Allen talked about his team’s opportunity to bounce back and record its first conference win of the season. He called this game the most important game on the schedule, “because it’s the next one.”
