It has been a remarkable day for Nate Sudfeld in the NFL.

The former Indiana Hoosiers QB is now a part of the Philadelphia Eagles. Unfortunately, Sudfeld has not played much behind Carson Wentz and Nick Foles.

Even with Wentz out with an injury, Foles stepped into the starting role for the season finale against the Washington Redskins. However, Foles was forced to the locker room after an injury of his own in the game.

That forced Sudfeld into action, and he responded with his first NFL touchdown on a throw to Nelson Agholor. Like most quarterbacks, Sudfeld was hoping to hold onto the ball of his first-career touchdown.

The only problem? Agholor gave it to a young fan:

Fortunately, the fan appeared to be cool about it and returned the ball to Sudfeld. We can only assume the young fan received something sweet in return for giving the ball back.
