Krikke was a first-team All-Missouri Valley selection this past season after he averaged 19.4 points and 5.9 rebounds. He is listed at 6-foot-9 and 235 pounds. Krikke also shot 55.2% from the field and 79.2% from the free throw line. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

Krikke is the first of what could be several new additions to the Iowa roster. The Hawkeyes are expected to host Merrimack forward transfer Jordan Minor and Wofford transfer B.J. Mack for official visits, 247Sports reported. But since Krikke is one of the top available players in the portal, so getting him as the first commit is big for Iowa’s momentum moving forward as it tries to bolster the roster.
