Caitlin Clark just keeps winning awards and breaking records.

Coming into Sunday, Clark already had 2 AP Player of the Year Awards, 2 John R. Wooden Awards, 3 Big Ten Player of the Year Awards, and countless others.

The former Iowa phenom and current star for the Indiana Fever won the 2024 Associated Press WNBA Rookie of the Year, adding another accomplishment to her collection. Clark was a unanimous selection and became just the 2nd Fever player to ever win the award.

Clark was also named to the AP All-WNBA First Team and AP All-Rookie Team. The star was also an All-Star selection this season.

The awards come after Clark led the Fever to the playoffs for the first time since 2016. Clark averaged 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game in her rookie campaign and the Fever ended with a 20-20 record in the regular season.

The generational talent was selected by the Fever with the 1st pick of the 2024 WNBA Draft. Clark ended her career in Iowa as the program’s all-time leading scorer and finished with the most assists in school history as well.

Clark led the Hawkeyes to the championship game again in her final season with the team and surpassed Tennessee’s Chamique Holdsclaw to score the most points in NCAA tournament history.

Clark and the Fever have a chance to make a run in the WNBA playoffs. The team is facing the Connecticut Suns in the 1st round.
