Caitlin Clark is one of the top stars in college basketball these days, and the Iowa sharpshooter and Big Ten Player of the Year is pulling in attention from around the country.

Jay Williams on ESPN’s “First Take” on Monday called Clark, “The biggest brand in college sports right now.”

Williams then added that America is a highlight-driven culture, and people look for highlights each morning.

“When you have the first 40-point triple-double in the history of the NCAA Tournament,” Williams said, “when you drop 35-plus point games multiple times, and everything you see about her has a similar swag, right? It’s a swag that hear people like Kobe Bryant or you see Sue Bird at the game watching this almost in amazement of her, I firmly believe when it’s all said and done, she is the biggest brand in college sports right now.”

Clark led the Hawkeyes on Sunday to a win over Louisville to advance through to the Final Four with a 97-83 win over the Cardinals. The historic triple-double was 41 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists.
