Caitlin Clark is in the middle of another dominant season at Iowa. After the first half of the 2022-23 season, Clark is trending toward a potential Player of the Year Award.

On Wednesday, ESPN released its panels picks for Player of the Year and Final Four picks at the midway point of the season. While the Hawkeyes were shut out of the Final Four picks, Clark was a unanimous All-American.

Clark also received 2 of the 3 votes as the publication’s Midseason Player of the Year honor:

It’s hard to overstate Clark’s importance for the 12-4 Hawkeyes who are also 4-1 in league play. She is third nationally in points per game with 27.2 and is also a top-10 player in assists per game with 6.7.

Clark also averages 7.4 rebounds, 1.7 steals and is shooting 46.2% along with 36.6% from 3-point range. She already has 4 games of 30+ points and a triple-double to her credit this season and remains one of the most versatile players and electric scorers in the college game.
