Iowa hoops is off to a hot 3-0 start this season and that has some analysts wondering just how far this team could go.

One of those analysts is ESPN’s Seth Greenberg, who sees them as a potential Final Four team. When he was discussing the Hawkeyes on SportsCenter, he said (via 247Sports) that, “This Iowa team is for real. They’ve got Jack Nunge, who just got back. He’s a seven-footer with a 7-2 wingspan. He had 18, knocked down two threes, so 40-percent-three-point-shooting team. They’ve got terrific guards. I think they’ve got experience.

“They’re an Elite Eight, Final Four team. Luka Garza … is the hardest-playing player in all of America. He’s earned what he’s gotten because he’s worked so hard. He had himself in great shape, improved his agility and the dude is just relentless.”

Iowa has absolutely destroyed their competition thus far this season as all three of their wins have come by 20 or more points. The wins have come against North Carolina Central, Southern, and Western Illinois but that’s still very impressive.

Garza is averaging a stagger 34 points per game.

Their first test of the season comes this Tuesday as they’ll face No. 14 North Carolina in the ACC/B1G Challenge. Tip-off will be at 7:35 p.m. ET and the game will be televised by ESPN.
