Iowa and Rutgers are duking it out in the B1G quarterfinal currently. The Hawkeyes haven’t quite hit the offensive numbers from Thursday, where they broke 4 B1G tournament records.

Once again, the leader in scoring after the 1st half for Iowa is none other than Keegan Murray. Murray had 18 points from a 7-for-12 shooting performance so far. Rutgers’ scoring leader so far has been Geo Baker with 13 points.

Rutgers opened the game on a 15-5 run in with 15:44 left in the half, and it’s been a very tight game ever since. Iowa retook the lead 10 minutes later and has let go since.

The shooting numbers for both teams are 48% for the Hawkeyes are 39% for the Scarlett Knights. The three-pointers have still been a key focus for Iowa as its numbers in that area are 45%. The Hawkeyes are also a perfect 10-for-10 from the charity stripe as well. One thing to note for Iowa is the turnovers the Rutgers defense forced. The Hawkeyes are leading in that stat with 7 turnovers in the 1st half.

Iowa leads Rutgers 41-32 as the 2nd half is sure to be just as close. You can watch the final 20 minutes of this contest right now on the Big Ten Network.
