Iowa commit Tyrone Tracy Jr. has received some hardware for an incredible senior season.

The Indiana native was named the Gatorade Player of the Year in his home state after racking up over 2,500 total yards in the 2017 season. Tracy just completed his senior season at Decatur Central High.

Tracy had 1,412 rushing yards and 1,132 receiving yards and 29 total touchdowns in the 2017 season.

A 6-foot, 185-pound running back, Tracy is ranked as the No. 8 player out of Indiana and the No. 30 ball-carrier in the 2018 class. He’s a three-star prospect who ranks No. 645 nationally, according to 247Sports.

Tracy committed to the Hawkeyes back in April.
