Offensive line prospect Michael Myslinki has committed to Iowa.

He announced that decision on Twitter on Saturday afternoon:

Myslinki is the No. 14 center prospect in the country for the class of 2021, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. The same service ranks him as the No. 1,072 overall player and the No. 141 player in the state of Florida.

This is a big addition for Iowa, who prides itself on developing elite offensive line units.

Myslinki also held offers from Michigan State, Missouri, Oregon and Marshall. He was previously committed to Texas, but de-committed from the Longhorns in December of 2020.

The 3-star is listed at 6-foot-2, 285 pounds. He attends Bishop Kenny High School in Jacksonville, Florida.

Iowa’s 2021 recruiting class looks solid. The Hawkeyes are currently ranked No. 22 nationally and No. 6 in the Big Ten, according to 247Sports Composite rankings.

Of Iowa’s 18 commitments, 17 have already signed their National Letter of Intent. Myslinki will have an opportunity to do that as well on National Signing Day, which is set for Feb. 3.
