WATCH: Iowa’s fake punt attempt didn’t work at all, but it drew a targeting call

Give the Iowa coach credit. He attempted a fake punt against a defense that wasn’t allowing much of anything. And to Iowa’s credit, the play call actually should’ve worked.

But the play did result in a targeting penalty on Devin Bush, who was ejected for his hit. Michigan still took over after the failed attempt.
