Iowa fans are furious with Brian Ferentz after scoring just 1 TD for second straight game

The Iowa faithful isn’t happy with offensive coordinator Brian Ferentz after the team’s latest struggles against Wisconsin.

The Hawkeyes managed just 1 touchdown for the 2nd straight week as quarterback Spencer Petras struggled mightily again. He finished with just 93 yards passing while only completing 9-of-19 throws.

Their lone touchdown didn’t come till the 3rd quarter and even then, it cut the Badgers lead down to 13 going into the 4th quarter.

Wisconsin ended up putting the game away for good in the 4th quarter to win by 20, 27-7. This loss drops Iowa to 6-2 going into the home stretch of the season where the team will have to win out to go to Indianapolis, plus hope Wisconsin falters along the way.

Brian Ferentz might not be the greatest OC , but at some point you HAVE to give another QB the opportunity to do something … I'd rather see Tulane's water boy or East Carolina's ball boy throwing the ball for us instead of limp legs Petras

Absolutely terrible. Coming off a bye week and the offense looks even worse. Kirk has to either seriously consider replacing Brian or retiring.
