Iowa is making hand-washing fun, releasing 20-second clips of some of the best moments in Hawkeye football history
Taking twenty seconds out of your day to wash your hands and ensure that all the bacteria has been killed and flushed away isn’t really a difficult process. But not many people are standing at the bathroom sink counting down the seconds.
Don’t worry, Iowa has you covered. Well, at least it has Hawkeye fans covered.
In an effort to ensure people are washing their hands for 20 seconds, the Iowa Athletics Department is releasing 20-second clips of some of the best moments in Hawkeye football history. It’s a fun way to ensure that people are hitting that 20-second mark while washing their hands.
Some of those highlights include: Drew Tate’s game-winning touchdown pass to Warren Holloway to beat LSU in the 2005 Capital One Bowl; Ricky Stanzi’s game-winning touchdown pass to Marvin McNutt to beat Michigan State in East Lansing in 2009; and Amani Hooker’s pick-six against Ohio State in 2017 to start the game.
Below are the videos. What an awesome idea from Iowa:
