Iowa lands committment from quarterback out of class of 2025
Iowa added to its 2025 recruiting class on Saturday as Fort Wayne, Ind. quarterback Jimmy Sullivan committed to the Hawkeyes.

Sullivan, a 3-star recruit, is considered the No. 15 quarterback in the state of Indiana by 247Sports. He currently holds 11 offers with other B1G programs such as Illinois, Michigan State, and Minnesota on his list.
According to MaxPreps, Sullivan threw for 1,508 yards and 18 touchdowns in 9 games in the 2023 season while running for 406 yards and 5 touchdowns on 70 carries, an average of 5.8 yards an attempt. As a sophomore in 2022, he threw for 2,203 yards and 27 touchdowns.
He is the 3rd player to commit to Kirk Ferentz and the Hawkeyes out of the class of 2025 and the first player on offense. Iowa currently has Illinois linebacker Burke Gautcher and in-state defensive lineman Joey VanWetzinga pledged to the class.
