Linderbaum is the heart and soul of the Hawkeyes offensive line. He’s started every game this season and has quickly become one of the best centers in football. When he’s in there, not much gets past him, whether it’s pass protection or run blocking.
Hankins has been solid yet again this season as a defensive back as he has 15 total tackles (10 sol0) and 2 interceptions thus far. His best season came in 2019 when he finished with 58 total tackles (37 solo) with 2 interceptions. Could the Hawkeyes get another splash play from him in a key moment this Saturday?
Even though quarterback Spencer Petras doesn’t “wow” anyone with his stats, he’s still been very reliable.
He’s thrown for close to 1,000 yards (943) and has 7 touchdowns to just 1 interception in 5 games. He’s on pace to shatter his record of 9 touchdown passes from last season in a big way.
Koerner has also been a great DB for the Hawkeyes as he’s totaled 25 tackles 21 solo) and 1 interception thus far.
