Iowa is seemingly in a good position to land 3-star cornerback Jalen Todd.

On Tuesday morning, 247Sports director of recruiting Steve Wiltfong filed a crystal ball projection for the Hawkeyes to earn Todd’s commitment.

A Michigan native, Iowa first offered Todd earlier this spring. However, it appears the Hawkeyes have made a good impression in a short amount of time.

Todd has been offered by several elite programs, including Michigan, Auburn, Florida, Tennessee and Michigan State, amongst others.

He currently ranks as the No. 445 overall prospect and the No. 44 cornerback in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings. Todd is also the No. 10 player from the state of Michigan.

Todd attends Southfield High School in Southfield, Michigan. He’s listed at 6-foot, 165 pounds.

Iowa already has 11 commitments in the class of 2024. The Hawkeyes’ class ranks No. 11 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
