Iowa's Nate Stanley earns national recognition after impressive outing vs. Indiana
Nate Stanley was dominant on Saturday and is receiving national attention for his efforts.
The Iowa quarterback was recognized as the Walter Camp National Offensive Player of the Week after completing 21-of-33 passes for 320 yards and six touchdowns in a 42-16 win over Indiana. It marked the third time this season Stanley has passed for over 300 yards.
Virginia safety Juan Thornhill was named the Defensive Player of the Week.

Stanley has been on a tear since B1G play started. In three conference games, the junior has thrown for 890 yards with 12 touchdowns and just three interceptions. The Hawkeyes are 2-1 in that stretch, posting wins over Minnesota and Indiana.
The lone loss was to Wisconsin.
On the season, Stanley has thrown for 1,473 yards and 15 touchdowns. He has just five interceptions. Iowa is 5-1 on the year.
