Jack Campbell hilariously trolls teammate Sam LaPorta, perception of TEs at Iowa

Iowa’s Jack Campbell, Sam LaPorta, and Kaevon Merriweather joined Big Ten Network’s Dave Revsine for B1G Media Days to talk about the upcoming season. What happened next was incredible.
Revsine asked LaPorta about what it’s being a TE at a place that has produced some solid NFL TEs in the past. However, he didn’t have time to answer as Campbell began laughing. Campbell had a hilarious response after Revsine called tight end the glamour position at Iowa.
“Oh it is, they get coddled,” said Campbell. “I don’t know, everyone always talks about tight end university I feel like. So once you’re at Iowa university, you get coddled.”
It looks like LaPorta and Campbell may have some off the field camaraderie brewing. Here’s the full video:
