Jones hasn’t played much as a receiver this season but he did have a good 2018 season as he had 18 receptions for 395 yards and three touchdowns.
For Pottebaum, he’s been a fullback for Iowa and has been outstanding in the run blocking game. He also has two receptions for 38 yards this season with a long of 27 yards.
Finally, Evans has been a defensive end for the Hawkeyes and so far this season, he has seven total tackles (three solo). He also has a sack and in their latest game against Wisconsin, he had one pass defended.
These three scholarships were well deserved from Ferentz and we’ll have to see if he hands out any other ones either next week or for their bowl game.
