Kirk Ferentz talks Hawkeye defense absorbing injuries, November football being significant
Iowa is 6-2 entering the month of November. The Hawkeyes had a bye on Nov. 2.
For Nov. 9, the team travels to take on a recently struggling Wisconsin team. The Badgers started out 6-0, but have lost their last two games, while the Hawkeyes have won their last two.

Again, we’re in the month of November. And for teams like Iowa, that means it’s crunch time. Every win matters if it wants to win the Big Ten West — starting with Wisconsin.
On Tuesday, Hawkeye coach Kirk Ferentz spoke with the media and talked about the significance of November football along with the defensive unit in his program:

Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. ET between Iowa-Wisconsin on Saturday with the game being played at Camp Randall Stadium. The contest will be televised on FOX.
