Needless to say, Marshal Yanda has gone on to even bigger and better things since his days in Iowa City.

The former Hawkeye offensive lineman earned himself a 98 rating in the new Madden ’16, which was the best of any offensive lineman in the game. His 98 was fourth to only Aaron Rodgers, former Badger J.J. Watt and Rob Gronkowski, all of whom were 99’s.

The Ravens right guard was a third-round pick in the 2007 draft. He’s made four straight Pro Bowls, and helped pave the way to a Super Bowl XLVII victory. The 30-year-old was a first-team All-Pro selection last year.

This is what EASports said about their ranking of Yanda.

“Yanda is one of the game’s elite guards, and is playing for a contract extension in 2015. His 99 Run Blocking is tops in the league, and he also brings 90 Pass Blocking and 94 Strength.”

Yanda was the only offensive lineman to receive a 98 rating. Green Bay left guard Josh Sitton was the next closest at 97.
