Micah Hyde injury: Report details training camp injury to Buffalo Bills star
Micah Hyde turned in a big 2021 season for the Buffalo Bills. Unfortunately, the Iowa product was dinged up and helped off the field after an injury in training camp on Friday.
However, good news was delivered Saturday for Hyde and the Bills. According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the hip/glute injury sustained by Hyde does not appear to be serious in nature.
Thad Brown with WROC-TV was also out at Buffalo’s practice on Saturday. He provided video of Hyde out and moving around without any brace or apparent issues.

Hopefully the injury doesn’t hinder Hyde’s season. He was a key piece for the Bills with 74 tackles and tying for the team lead with 5 interceptions. In 5 seasons for Buffalo, Hyde has 14 interceptions and 356 total tackles.
During his time at Iowa from 2009-12, Hyde posted 240 total tackles and 8 interceptions. He was a first-team All-B1G and the B1G’s Defensive Back of the Year in 2012.
