NFL Films shares theatrical look at Cooper DeJean's pick-6
NFL fans all across the country tuned in last night as the Philadelphia Eagles knocked off the Kansas City Chiefs, 40-22, to win Super Bowl 59 and end the Chiefs quest for a 3-peat.
One of the biggest plays in the game was by Eagles defensive back Cooper DeJean, as he intercepted Patrick Mahomes in the 2nd quarter, and returned it for a touchdown to give the team a 17-0 lead.
NFL Films came out with a theatrical look of the interception, and it shows just how incredible of play it was.

The game was still early when this happened, but this play was the moment that showed the Chiefs were in a ton of trouble. DeJean played his college football at Iowa, before being drafted No. 40 by the Eagles in the 2024 NFL Draft.
He was the second cornerback selected by the Eagles in last year’s draft, as they also selected Quinyon Mitchell in the first round. Both of these cornerbacks teamed up to be one of the best duos in the NFL, and gives the team an electric duo for many years to come.
Obviously, winning a Super Bowl is an incredible moment for DeJean, but it was even more special as Super Bowl Sunday was his 22nd birthday.
