Report: Foot injury to keep former Iowa TE George Kittle sidelined for extended period of time
If you enjoy watching former Iowa Hawkeye and current San Francisco 49er George Kittle make highlight reel catches on Sundays, you’re going to have to wait a while before you see another one.
It came out on Monday that Kittle will be sidelined for eight weeks after breaking a bone in his foot.

This is just part of a laundry list of injuries the 49ers are facing as quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is also hurt as he’s dealing with a high ankle sprain.
