Students at Iowa who haven’t yet grabbed their season tickets are going to have to wait until next year.
Wednesday afternoon, the school announced that student tickets for the Hawkeyes’ seven home games at Kinnick Stadium have already sold out. They can still be placed on a waiting list, however.
Iowa will open the season with two straight home games, playing Miami (Oh) and Rutgers. They’ll also host Middle Tennessee in non-conference play.
Along with Rutgers, the Hawkeyes will also welcome Penn State, Purdue, Minnesota and Illinois to Kinnick Stadium. This year, Iowa gets the benefit of playing five B1G games on its home turf.
The Hawkeyes season opener will be a night game, with kickoff against Miami scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET. The game will air on FS1.
