The Iowa Hawkeyes continued one of the most impressive of streaks in FBS football on Saturday.

For 23 straight games, the Hawkeyes have held their opponents to 25 points or less the streaked continued on Saturday when they held No.17 Indiana Hoosiers to just 6 points.

The last time the Hawkeyes allowed a team to score more than 25 points in a game was in November of 2018. Since the Outback Bowl in the 2018-19 season, the Hawkeyes have not allowed more than 25 points to be scored on them.

The Hawkeyes have a demanding schedule in front of them as they still play 3 AP Top-25 opponents, two on the road at No.7 Iowa State at No.12 Wisconsin and have a home tilt with No.19 Penn State.

If the Hawkeyes keep the streak alive this season, it will be hard to envision them not representing the B1G West division in Indianapolis for the B1G Championship Game. If the Buckeyes represent the East, it is hard to imagine the Hawkeyes keeping that streak any longer.

Iowa’s next opponent is in-state rival the No.7 Iowa State Cyclones; that game will be at 4:30 ET on ABC. College Gameday will be there for the pregame festivities.
