Iowa has athletes.

Some people believe that the Big Ten lacks elite athleticism, which, is just incorrect. It would be one thing if the conference was always last among the Power 5 in getting guys to the next level. Or, if B1G players were truly just slower.

But, that’s not the case.

In the Iowa-Indiana game on Saturday, elite athleticism was displayed by Ihmir Smith-Marsette. Watch his kick return, which ends in a ridiculous hurdle:

Yeah, Smith-Marsette is athletic. The prolific kick return led to an Iowa TD and just before halftime, the Hawkeyes lead the Hoosiers 21-10.

The game can be seen on ESPN2.
