What Kirk Ferentz said as Iowa prepares for season finale vs. Nebraska
A lot is on the line this weekend.
That’s often the case when Iowa and Nebraska meet in the season finale. Bragging rights are always at stake, but this year a little more is hanging in the balance.
Iowa is looking to hit the 10-win mark for the second time in three years. With a win, the Hawkeyes would also stay in contention for a B1G West title heading into Saturday with a chance to go to Indianapolis.
On Tuesday, Hawkeyes head coach Kirk Ferentz met with reporters to talk about Friday’s matchup with the Huskers. Here’s what the Iowa leader had to say:
🗣KF: "Tory Taylor is enjoying the ride right now and appreciates his teammates. He is such a positive addition to our football team. He has some freshness that is unique." #Hawkeyes
