What Kirk Ferentz said before Iowa's Friday night matchup vs. Maryland
Iowa has another big test coming up quickly as they will travel to take on 4-0 Maryland on Friday night.
It’s their 1st Friday night game of the season (2nd for Maryland) as they look to get to 5-0 and stay as a top 5 team in the country.
The Hawkeyes are coming off a 24-14 win this past Saturday over Colorado State and even though it wasn’t the blowout a lot of people expected, they still got the job done.
Head coach Kirk Ferentz spoke to the media on Tuesday and touched on that game plus previewed his team’s upcoming matchup with the Terps. Here’s what he said:
