Maryland is adding a number of skill players via the 2022 recruiting class, picking up another wide receiver commit Wednesday.

This time, the commitment came from Kobe Prentice, a three-star wide receiver out of Calera, Alabama. According to 247 Sports, Prentice is the No. 152 WR nationally for the cycle.

He committed to the Terrapins over offers from Arizona State, Arkansas State, Mississippi State, Kansas State, and East Carolina, among others.

Listed at 5-foot-10 and 171 lbs., Prentice becomes the latest wide receiver prospect to commit to Maryland for the class of 2022. The Terrapins already have commitments from three-star wide receiver Amari Clark and three-star athlete Perry Fisher who is expected to play receiver at the next level. That gives Mike Locksley and company three playmakers to work with and develop moving forward.
The current class for Maryland is now up to 12 commits with that group ranked 33rd in the nation. It is also rated No. 8 in the B1G for 2022.
