CJ Dippre headlines list of recent Maryland players to opt for transfer portal
CJ Dippre has made it official that he has opted into the transfer portal joining the latest wave of recent portal entries that will be moving on from Maryland. Another pair, Ahmad McCullough and Weston Wolff have also made their announcement via social media.
As a sophomore this season, Dippre started in the season opener and recorded 314 yards with 3 touchdowns on the year. As a tight end, Dippre was an additional weapon in both the passing and running game for the Terrapins.

Dippre was a former 3-star recruit out of Jermyn, PA per 247 Sports Composite Rankings. In early May of 2020, he committed to Maryland adding to one of the better classes under coach Mike Locksley.
He recorded his first career touchdown against Michigan which resulted in a close 34-27 loss for Maryland.
Ahmad McCullough is a redshirt senior who played linebacker for the Terrapins recording 45 tackles on the year. Weston Wolff is a redshirt freshman tight end who played in 3 games recording one reception.
