Kevin Willard picks up first commitment at Maryland from 2022 SF

Kevin Willard has picked up his first commitment as Maryland’s head coach. Noah Batchelor announced his pledge to the Terrapins on Monday. Batchelor shared the news via his Twitter account.

It’s a homecoming for Batchelor. The Hagerstown, Maryland native has been playing at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

Listed at 6-6, 185 pounds, Batchelor is rated 3-stars, the No. 25 recruit out of Florida, No. 46 small forward and No. 221 player overall nationally in the class of 2022 on the 247Sports Composite.

Batchelor committed to Memphis back on July 4, 2021. He backed off that pledge to the Tigers on Feb. 6, 2022.
