It looks like Lorenzo Harrison III is set to miss some time after injuring his knee.

The speedy running back has over 1,400 yards rushing in his career after eclipsing 600 yards each of his first two years with the Terrapins. Unfortunately, he was limited to three games in 2018.

Harrison also announced on Instagram Monday evening that he will be undergoing knee surgery on Wednesday. He indicated the injury occurred in Friday’s loss to Penn State, but he at least gave an encouraging conclusion to his post.

Harrison did not indicate how long he will be out of action, but it seems safe to assume he will miss an extended period of time. Hopefully, he is able to rebound from this setback.
